Re-tape® Product Warranty

Re-tape® products are manufactured using cutting edge technology, utilising CAD software and OEM grade high-performance adhesive systems, intended for automotive applications.

Re-tape® warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and will conform to their product description when installed and used in accordance with Re-tape® installation instructions.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

Defects arising from manufacturing or materials present at the time of delivery
Adhesive performance under normal automotive use
Dimensional accuracy consistent with Re-tape® CAD design specifications
Where a defect is confirmed, Re-tape® will in line with its Terms and Conditions, offer a replacement or refund.

This warranty applies only where:

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage or failure caused by incorrect badge, de-installation/re-installation or surface preparation.
Badge wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or degradation resulting from previous environmental exposure.
Damage caused by chemicals, pressure washing, impact, or abrasion
ALL Labour costs, de-installation/ re-installation, or any other indirect or consequential loss resulting from the badges removal/re-application.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in accordance with, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer legislation.
