Re-tape® Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Re-tape® website and the purchase of products from Re-tape® Ltd. By accessing the Re-tape® website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

By ordering, you confirm all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, imagery, and pricing are accurate.

Images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations may occur.

Compatibility information is provided in good faith; customers must check compatibility prior to ordering.

Re-tape® products are precision-engineered, CAD-designed templatesutilising OEM grade adhesive solutions for vehicle badges.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Orders cancelled after payment will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The price shall be the seller’s quoted price at the time of ordering.

Payment must be made in full unless a trade account with credit has been previously agreed. (For trade accounts with credit, interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the payment due date, accumulating daily at a rate of 2% above the Lloyds Bank PLC base rate. Interest will be added until the invoice is paid in full).

Accepted payment methods: VISA/Debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Re-tape® Ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external events.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the supplied address.

Client/customer is responsible ensuring delivery details are accurate, as Re-tape® Ltd is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Your rights are governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015:

You may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt, unless the product is custom or personalised.

Cancellation must be communicated to: support@re-tape.co.uk.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection.

Custom or Vehicle-Specific Products

Re-tape® products are made to customer specifications and are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in cases of fault or incorrect supply.

8. Installation & Use

Products must be installed following provided guidance. (Please read separate Installation Instructions).

We are not responsible for:

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Re-tape® Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Re-tape® Ltd total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

Liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters that cannot be excluded under UK law is unaffected.

10. Designs, Registrations, Intellectual Property & Copyright

All Re-tape® Ltd designs, CAD files, trademarks, logos, patents, and other IP are owned by Re-tape® Ltd or its licensors.

All rights are reserved.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, distribute, adapt, or commercialise any Re-tape®

IP without written consent.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action under UK copyright, design, trademark, or patent law.

11. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and product descriptions, is protected under copyright and other IP laws. No content may be copied or used without prior written consent.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By using the website, you consent to such processing.

13. Force Majeure

Re-tape® Ltd are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Changes to Terms

Re-tape® Ltd may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website.
