Returns & Cancellation Policy
(UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email) before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Goods
Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exemptions – Custom & Vehicle-Specific Products
In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:
“Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.”
Re-tape® products are custom CAD-designed and manufactured specifically for individual vehicle badges. For this reason, custom or vehicle-specific orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
If an item is faulty or incorrect:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, including return postage where applicable.
